The term “fixer” originated in journalism. Correspondents in an unfamiliar location would hire a fixer to help with various aspects of their assignment, such as logistics, translation, planning, transportation and accommodation.

Today, a fixer offers support at every stage of a production, whether in the news, film or television industry. At NEEDaFIXER, a fixer is anyone involved in the materialisation of a video project.

You will be provided with an experienced producer to manage your account, oversee your shoot, coordinate local fixers and arrange everything on your behalf. You’re also welcome to speak directly to our international fixers.

A 10–15% production fee applies for corporate shoots, TVCs, music videos, and the like.

We usually do not charge a fee for news programmes, documentaries or television series because we have preferential rates with all our suppliers.

Because we have dozens of requests for projects every month and we produce so many shoots annually, we’re able to secure great deals for you.

We have all the necessary insurance policies in place, including public liability and employers’ liability.

Our anti-bribery policy is also up-to-date, and our team goes through regular training.

You will receive a single, detailed invoice from NEEDaFIXER.
